As of version 3.10, the visibility of the departments by the users is managed through the web interface.

    Hi,

    It would be nice if we could have a new action available to set visibility of a department by its id rather than its label :

    <add-by-id id="id" />

    Setting a department's visibility by its id make sense because a department's id can't be changed afterwards whereas a label can get edited on the department administration page (but you then always need to manually edit this change in all add-by-label actions in the department visibility XML).

    What do you guys think about it?
