The steps to add an assignment algorigthm are:
- write a new class implementing the interface org.esupportail.helpdesk.domain.assignment.AssignmentAlgorithm, for instance by ineriting from an existing class (see http://helpdesk.esup-portail.org/current/api/org/esupportail/helpdesk/domain/assignment/package-summary.html)
- declare a bean of this class in the configuration file /properties/domain/assignment.xml
- Allow the automatic recovering of the configuration file /properties/domain/assignment.xml when upgrading (see Recovering previous configuration and customizations when upgrading).
